Jimboy’s Tacos is Now Open at DOCO with More Restaurants & Eateries Set to Open Before End of Year
Sacramento, Calif. – Jimboy’s Tacos, a popular Sacramento-based fast casual eatery since 1954, is now officially open at DOCO (Downtown Commons). Known for their signature tacos and other Mexican fare favorites, Jimboy’s Tacos is located on the Terrace. Current hours of operation for Jimboy’s Tacos are Mondays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 7 p.m.
In addition, a number of other restaurants and eateries are set to open at DOCO before the end of 2019. Upcoming food and beverage tenants include the following:
Chipotle – fast casual eatery that specializes in customizable menu options featuring responsibly sourced, classically-cooked, real food with wholesome ingredients without artificial colors, flavors or preservatives (located on the East end of the Plaza);
Insomnia Cookies – opening their first location in Sacramento at DOCO, the popular late-night bakery specializes in serving and delivering freshly made cookies, brownies, cookie cakes plus ice cream and even cold milk until 3 a.m. (located at the West end of the Plaza);
Polanco Cantina – a convivial, contemporary bar and restaurant serving authentic Mexican cuisine celebrating the bounty of central California. Polanco features an expansive patio and offers a full-service bar with top-notch tequilas, margaritas and more. Located on the Terrace overlooking a spectacular view of the Plaza below, Polanco is a lively place to meet old and new friends.
“This Fall is going to be a very busy and exciting time at DOCO as a number of new restaurants are scheduled to open throughout the Plaza,” said DOCO General Manager Christi Woodards. “Together with existing restaurants, eateries and champagne bar, even more amazing culinary offerings will soon be available for our valued guests hungry for new experiences.”
