DOCO is proud to be home to Sacramento’s first Insomnia Cookies location, which opened in October 2019. The late-night bakery specializes in serving and delivering freshly made cookies, brownies, cookie cakes plus ice cream and even cold milk seven days a week. Insomnia Cookies at DOCO offers popular cookie flavors, including Chocolate Chunk, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and the S’Mores Deluxe along with a full ice cream menu, and more. With more than 170 locations throughout the United States, the Insomnia Cookies business concept was launched in 2003 by Seth Berkowitz, a student at the University of Pennsylvania.
In compliance with Governor Gavin Newsom’s order, and for the health and safety of our community, many DOCO businesses have revised their operations to facilitate phone and online ordering for take-out or delivery (including Insomnia Cookies).
