Code of Conduct

Thank you for visiting the Downtown Commons. We are committed to providing our guests, tenants and vendors with a positive experience. To ensure that we are meeting the highest standards, we would ask that you abide by our rules of conduct, which include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Canvassing, public speeches and solicitation related to these activities are only allowed in designated areas. Please contact property management to verify those areas. Aggressive solicitation is never permitted on the premises.
• Violence, including fighting, antagonizing with obscene or offensive language, or physical obstruction which may lead to confrontation, are not permitted.
• Persistent following or stalking of patrons and visitors for the purposes of begging or solicitation is strictly prohibited.
• Do not obstruct or impede entrances or exits to the area or businesses in the Downtown Commons. This includes leaving personal property unattended. Any unattended items may be disposed of in accordance with Civil Code § 2080 et seq. and local ordinances.
• Please observe our littering laws and put all trash and recyclables in designated receptacles.
• Unauthorized sales, giveaways or advertising are prohibited. Please contact management about permits for promotional campaigns, contests and kiosks.
• Excessive noise, including musical performances, are not permitted on the premises.
• Patrons and visitors may not Skateboard, rollerblade, or operate a bicycle or motorized recreational vehicle on the premises.
• Management does not allow commercial or professional photo taking, videotaping, or any other recording without prior written permission.

Anyone violating any of these rules may be asked to leave the premises and/or be banned from 72 hours to 30 days, at the discretion of Management.
