Parking
There are four parking garages that serve DOCO (Downtown Commons).
DOCO Central Garage (located at 414 J Street | Clearance: 8’2” - 7’3” varies throughout the garage): Open at all times for all retail, restaurant, and Cinemark parking. Parking for concerts, Kings games and events at Golden 1 Center is permitted in the WEST garage only, at 3rd & L Streets.
DOCO East Garage (located at 7th & J Street | Clearance: 6’4”): Open at all times for all retail, restaurant, and Cinemark parking. Parking for concerts, Kings games and events at Golden 1 Center is permitted in the WEST garage only, at 3rd & L Streets.
DOCO West Garage (located at 325 L Street | Clearance: 6’9”): Open for all retail, restaurant, and Cinemark parking, including during concerts, Kings games and events at Golden 1 Center. Presale parking available for games and events. CLICK HERE
DOCO Sawyer Garage (located at 500 J Street | Clearance: 8’3” - 7’3”, varies throughout the garage): Level P1 open for all retail, restaurant, hotel, and Cinemark parking. Parking for concerts, Kings games and events at Golden 1 Center is permitted in the WEST garage only, at 3rd & L Streets.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
- West Garage: (3) ChargePoint and (3) Clipper Creek EV chargers located on Level 1
- Central Garage: (20) Tesla Super Chargers, (16) Tesla Chargers and (4) ChargePoint chargers located on Level 2
- Sawyer Garage: (2) Tesla Chargers and (4) ChargePoint chargers located on Level 1

- $4.00 per hour | $2.00 per 30 minutes
- Maximum daily rate: $28.00
- Lost ticket: $28.00
Most retailers offer parking validation with any purchase, which ranges from 1 – 3 hour validations. See individual retailers for validation information.
