Jeff The Chef spent years perfecting the chemistry for his cheesecakes. Today, there are 30 incredible flavors including Banana Pudding, Churro, LV Pistachio, S'mores, Turtle, Cookies & Cream, Butterscotch and more!  Cakes are available in 4” and 8” sizes with more cheesecake inspired treats coming soon.  In addition to the shop at DOCO, you can find Jeff and his team at the Midtown Farmers Market in Sacramento and other pop-ups in Sacramento and Stockton, including the California State Fair.
